A great high antioxidant breakfast smoothie!

Ingredients


1/2 medium Banana (s) (Sliced)
1 cup Frozen blueberries
1 cup Baby spinach
1 tbsp Coconut butter
1 tbsp Collagen peptides (I like Great Lakes brand)
5 cube(s) Ice cubes (or as needed)

Instructions


1. Place banana, berries, coconut oil, collagen, spinach, and ice cubes in a blender and blend to combine.
2. Add more ice cubes if smoothie is not cold or thick enough. Enjoy immediately.
