7 cup Coleslaw mix
7 cup Sugar snap peas (chopped)
1/2 cup Coconut aminos, Coconut Secret
1 tbsp Ginger root (Fresh or squeeze ginger)
1 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
199 gm Sweet Potato Glass Noodles

Instructions


  1. Sauté chicken in sesame oil until done (clear juices).
  2. Add vegetables and continue cooking on medium heat.
  3. Once tender add coconut aminos and ginger. Cook another 3-4 minutes.
  4. Cook noodles and add at the end. 
  5. Serve.
