1 1/4 kg Pork chops, boneless, raw
1 dash Garlic salt (or to taste)
1 1/2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup Coconut aminos, Coconut Secret
1/4 cup Maple syrup
1/3 cup, chopped Ginger root (peeled)
2 3/4 stalk(s) Green onion

Instructions


  1. In a bowl, make your marinade by whisking together the coconut aminos, maple syrup, ginger, garlic and green onion. Allow pork chops to marinade overnight if possible.
  2. Grill pork chops. Serve.
