Make perfect roasted veggies from frozen in the air fryer!
Ingredients
2 bag (12oz)
Frozen vegetable mix
1/2 tsp
Salt
1/2 tsp
Black pepper
1 tsp
Garlic powder
1/2 tsp
Onion powder
0 spray (about 1/3 second)
Olive oil cooking spray
4 tbsp
Parmesan cheese, grated
(optional)
Instructions
Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil and add the frozen mixed veggies in a single layer.
Spray the vegetables with olive oil spray, then sprinkle on the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix to coat evenly.
Air fry at 400F (200C) for 5 minutes. Stir and shake the vegetables, then air fry for another 2-3 minutes, until crispy. Cook time will vary depending on the size of frozen vegetables, if they're not fully cooked or crisp enough, add additional cooking time at 2-minute intervals to prevent burning.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese (optional) and enjoy!
Notes:
Broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and Brussels sprouts work best.
