Roasted green beans made easy with the air fryer. Crispy and flavourful in half the time!
Ingredients

Green Beans
(fresh; cut into 2-inch pieces)
227 gm
Mushrooms
(sliced fresh)
1 small
Red onion
(halved and thinly sliced)
2 tbsp
Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
1 tsp
Italian herb seasoning
1/4 tsp
Salt
1 dash
Black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and toss to coat.
Arrange vegetables on the greased tray in the air-fryer basket. Cook for about 5 minutes or until tender. Toss and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes longer.
