Ingredients


4 medium slice Bacon
4 medium Egg
1 tbsp Butter, grass fed, unsalted
1 avocado(s) Avocado (sliced)
1 pinch Sea Salt (to taste)

Instructions


  1. Pan fry the bacon over medium heat until desired doneness. Set aside, and reserve the bacon fat for a later meal. 
  2. Return the pan to medium heat. Add butter if needed and allow to melt. Add eggs and fry the eggs until the white cooks.
  3. Tilt the pan so the butter pools. Spoon the butter over the eggs until the white on the top cooks. (Or turn egg over for over-easy style)
  4. Plate the eggs, sliced avocado, and bacon. Add sea salt to taste and serve.
