Ingredients
4 medium slice

Bacon
(from pasture raised pork)

4 medium egg

1 tbsp

Butter, grass fed, unsalted

1 avocado(s)

Sea salt
(to taste)

Instructions
- Pan fry the bacon over medium heat until cooked but not charred, about 4 minutes each side. Set aside, and reserve the bacon fat for a later meal.
- Clean the pan and return to medium heat. Add butter and allow to melt. Add eggs and fry the eggs until the white cooks.
- Tilt the pan so the butter pools. Spoon the butter over the eggs until the white on the top cooks.
- Plate the eggs, sliced avocado, and bacon. Add sea salt to taste and serve.
Notes:
Eggs
are a great source of protein and have Omega 3 fatty acids (as long as its printed on the carton)
Avocado
is high in monounsaturated fatty acids which are beneficial for heart health
