1 1/3 cup Rolled oats, dry
2/3 cup Almond butter
1/4 cup Maple syrup, pure
2/3 cup Blueberry, dried, sweetened
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
2/3 cup Almonds, toasted (chopped)


  1. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine oats, almond butter, maple syrup, blueberries, cinnamon, and almonds together in a mixing bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the baking pan. 
  4. Refrigerate for 1 hour, cut, and enjoy!
