Ingredients


1/2 cup Almond butter (Substitute seed butter in case of nut allergy)
1/2 cup Carob chocolate chips (or semisweet chocolate chips)
1 tbsp Chia seeds, ground
1/4 cup Coconut flakes, unsweetened
1/4 cup Flaxseed meal (ground)
1/4 cup Honey
1 cup Rolled oats, dry (or gluten free oats)
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure

Instructions


Mix all the dry ingredients together.

Add the almond butter, honey and vanilla and mix through.

Roll into balls and place on a baking sheet or plate with parchment paper. If you keep your hands slightly wet it will help with forming the balls.

Allow to chill in the fridge. Store in an airtight container.
