| 1 cup | Almond butter |
| 3/4 cup | Oat flour |
| 1/4 cup | Coconut sugar |
| 2 large | Egg |
| 1 tsp | Vanilla extract, pure |
| 1/4 tsp | Baking soda |
| 1/3 tsp | Sea Salt |
| 1/4 cup | Dark chocolate chips |
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Mix everything together in a large bowl until well blended, and roll into balls (makes about 12-14).
Place the balls on a parchment lined baking sheet, and flatten slightly with a fork.
Bake for 13-15 minutes. Let cool before removing from the pan. Enjoy!
The almond butter can be replaced with any other nut butter.
