Almond Butter Oat Strawberry Banana Wrap

A simple sweet breakfast wrap.


1 medium tortilla(s) Tortilla, gluten-free (or crepe)
1 tbsp Almond butter
6 medium Strawberries (thinly sliced)
1/2 medium Banana (s) (thinly sliced)
2 tbsp Rolled oats- Gluten Free
1 tbsp Chia seeds, ground
1 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
1/2 tbsp Honey


  1. Spread almond butter over the top of the tortilla wrap.
  2. Scatter strawberries and banana on top.
  3. Sprinkle oats, chia, and hemp on top of the fruit. Drizzle honey on top of everything.
  4. Roll up the wrap and enjoy!



  • Use your favourite fruits or ones that are in season
  • Use maple syrup or a chocolate sauce instead of honey
