Preheat oven to 350F. OIl an 8 inch cast iron skillet.
dd almond butter, egg, syrup, baking soda, and salt into a large bowl.
Stir until well combined, add in chocolate chips or other toppings if using.
Evenly pour mixture into the skillet.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Serve warm alone or with ice cream!
