Ingredients


1 cup whole Almonds, raw (Slivered)
1/2 cup Apricot, dried
1/4 cup unpacked Brown sugar
3 tbsp Canola oil
3/4 cup Coconut flakes
1/2 cup Cranberries, dried
1/2 cup Flaxseed meal (ground) (ground)
3 cup Oats, large flakes, dry
3 tbsp Maple syrup

Instructions


In a large bowl, combine oats, almonds, coconut, ground flax seed, sugar, maple syrup and oil. Stir together until everything is well coated. Let stand for 15 minutes.

Spread mixture onto rimmed baking sheet and bake in preheated 250°F (121°C) oven for about 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes until golden.

Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Stir in apricots and cranberries.
