Ingredients


3 cup Oats, large flakes, dry
1 cup Slivered almonds
3/4 cup Coconut flakes
1/2 cup Flaxseed meal (ground)
1/4 cup unpacked Brown sugar
3 tbsp Maple syrup
3 tbsp Canola oil
1/2 cup Apricot, dried (roughly chopped)
1/2 cup Cranberries, dried

Instructions


  1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Line  a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, almonds, coconut, ground flax seed, brown sugar, maple syrup and canola oil. Stir together until everything is well coated. Let stand for 15 minutes.
  3. Spread mixture evenly onto baking sheet,
  4. Bake for about 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes until golden.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Stir in apricots and cranberries.
  6. Store in a tight sealed container or bag.
