2 1/2 cup whole Almonds, raw (soaked for 1/2 hour then drained)
1 medium Carrots
2 cup Almond flour/meal, Bob's Red Mill (or almond milk pulp)
1/3 cup Flaxseed meal (ground)
1 tsp Oregano, dried
1 clove(s) Garlic
1/2 tsp Salt


  1. Place almonds in the food processor and process until finely ground.
  2. Add the carrot and process until finely ground.
  3. Add the almond meal, flax seeds, oregano, garlic, and salt and pulse until it becomes a dough-like consistency.
  4. Place dough in a dehydrator tray, pat down so the dough is thin and even layer. Cut into squares.
  5. Dehydrate overnight or until crisp.
  6. Serve with a dip, soups, or as a snack on its own.
