2 Atlantic Cod (Any white fish can be used)
1/3 cup Almond flour/meal, Bob's Red Mill
1/4 tsp Salt and pepper
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp, ground Thyme, dried
1 medium Egg
1/2 whole lemon(s) Lemon juice

Instructions


Preheat oven to 425. Prepare a baking dish with parchment paper.

Combine the almond meal and seasonings in a shallow bowl.

Combine the egg and lemon juice and scramble together.

Dredge each fish fillet in the egg mixture then coat with almond mixture. Place on the parchment paper.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, depending on thickness.

Serve and enjoy!
