1 medium Frozen banana
3 date(s) Dates (pitted)
1/2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (or choice of nut milk)
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1 tbsp Flaxseeds
2 tbsp Whey protein powder, unflavoured (optional)

Instructions


1. Combine the smoothie ingredients in a highspeed blender and blend for about 30 seconds or until smooth.
