1. Process the almond butter, lemon juice, maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger root in a blender until smooth.
2. Add the water in the blender and process until desired consistency is achieved. Add more water for a thinner sauce and less water for a thicker sauce.
Can be stored in a container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Serve with salad rolls or vegetables.
