1 cup Almond Flour
3 tbsp Erythritol
1/2 tsp Baking powder
2 tbsp Water

Instructions


  1. Preheat the oven to 350F (175C). 
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the almond flour, sugar and baking powder. Add the water and stir until blended.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Drop by a tablespoon on the baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown and set at the centers.
  6. Remove from the oven and cool for 10 minutes on the baking sheet. 
  7. Transfer cookies to a cooling rack and let cool completely.
