|2 cup||Almond flour/meal, Bob's Red Mill|
|1/4 tsp||Sea salt|
|2 tbsp||Coconut oil (can use butter)|
|1 large egg||Egg|
|1 tbsp||Honey, raw (optional)|
Place flour and salt in food processor and pulse briefly until very fine.
Add coconut oil, egg and honey into the food processor along with the almond flour and salt and pulse until mixture forms a ball.
Press dough into a greased 9-inch pie dish.
Bake at 350° for 8-12 minutes, or until nicely browned, Alternatively freeze and use with any pie recipe.
