Almond Goji Berry Protein Bites

These squares help curb a sweet tooth craving (thank you, fiber and protein!) without refined sugar, but these bad boys make a great pre or post workout snack.


1 cup whole Almonds, raw (or you can use pre-made almond meal/flour)
1 cup Medjool date (pitted dates)
1/4 cup Dried goji berries


1. In a blender, blend almonds into a fine flour. (A bullet blender works well here).

2. Add the pitted dates and goji berries, and then blend again until a smooth paste forms. Press it into a small rectangular tupperware, and then flip upside down onto plate.

(Use a butter knife to release the sides if you need to, but it should pop pretty easily out of the tupperware)

3. Cut the almond date block into squares or bars.

are excellent antioxidants, they may have anti-aging benefits, boost energy levels and are low GI and high in fiber
