1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
2 tsp Cacao powder, raw
2 tsp Coconut cream (cream from canned coconut)
1 medium Banana (s) (frozen is best)
2 date(s) Dates (pitted)
1/2 cup Baby spinach (optional)


Add ingredients to a blender in order listed. You can throw in a handful of spinach too, as a small amount will not alter the taste.

Blend on high speed until smooth.  

Serve immediately
