|2 tsp||Coconut cream (cream from canned coconut)|
|1 medium||Banana (s) (frozen is best)|

|1/2 cup||Baby spinach (optional)|
Add ingredients to a blender in order listed. You can throw in a handful of spinach too, as a small amount will not alter the taste.
Blend on high speed until smooth.
