2 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
2 tbsp Almond butter
2 tsp Maca powder (gelatinized is best)
1 scoop Protein Powder, Vega Sport, vanilla
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1 1/2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
10 cube(s) Ice cubes
2 date pitted Medjool date

Instructions


  1. Simply add everything to a blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust flavours, if necessary.
