8 cup pieces | Frozen cauliflower (https://www.birdseye.com/product/cauliflower-4/) |
4 tbsp | Butter, grass-fed, salted (more to taste/texture) |
1 block | Cream cheese |
1 tbsp | Salt (to taste) |
3 tsp | Black pepper (to taste) |
Cook cauliflower as directed on bag (usually with a small amount of water on the stovetop.) Cook until very tender.
Remove from stove and let cool for 2-3 minutes. Add cauliflower, butter, cream cheese, and salt & pepper to blender or NutriBullet. Blend until smooth. Keep warm until you serve! This might be the last item you prepare because it only takes a couple of minutes and should be served warm!
