|1 1/2 cup||Coconut, shredded, unsweetened|
|1 cup whole/halves||Macadamia nuts, unsalted (soaked for 2-4 hours prior)|
|1 tbsp||Monk Fruit Extract|
|1 packet||Bone Broth Protein, Ancient Nutrition, Cafe Mocha|
|1 tsp||Chaga extract powder|
|1/2 tsp||Black pepper|
|1/4 tsp||Cardamom, ground|
|1/4 tsp||Ginger, ground|
|1/4 tsp||Nutmeg, ground|
1. First, depending on the texture of the coconut, you may want to blitz it for a minute or two in your blender - the idea is for it to feel a bit 'damp' and oily.
2. Once the desired consistency of the coconut is reached, you can go ahead and add all of the remaining ingredients into your blender - this might take a bit of stopping and stirring, but hang in there, it's well worth it!
3. The mixture can then be patted (rather than rolled) into balls. Place in the fridge immediately so that they harden up and stay combined.
You'll be able to eat these little guys after 2-3 hours!
