Ingredients


1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (or other milk of choice)
1 small Zucchini (chopped)
1/4 avocado(s) Avocado
1 cup Spinach
1/4 cup hulled Hemp seeds, shelled (or 1 tbsp chia seeds if preferred)
2 tbsp Collagen peptides (vital proteins brand and Great Lakes are available from amazon.ca)
1 tsp Honey, raw (or to taste/alternatively use stevia leaf or maple syrup)

Instructions


In a blender, combine milk, zucchini, avocado and spinach, blend until combined. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
