1 bunch Black kale (washed and deveined)
1 beet(s) Beets, raw (Yellow, shredded)
1 medium Apple (Green, shredded)
1 tsp, minced Turmeric root (use a grater)
1 tsp minced Ginger root
1 pinch Sea Salt (to taste)
1 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
1 fruit Lime (squeezed)

Instructions


  1. Place kale pieces in a large bowl, season with salt, lime juice and olive oil and massage well until kale pieces are tender.
  2. Add shredded beets, apple, turmeric, ginger and toss.
  3. Serve
