Ingredients


3 medium Apple (sweet, peeled and grated)
3 medium Carrots (peeled and grated)
20 gm Celeriac (about 4 tsp, grated )
2 tbsp Sunflower oil

Instructions


Use the large holes on the box grater to grate the apples, celery and carrots.

Mix apples, celery and carrots in a bowl. Drizzle over with sunflower oil.

Note: Ingredients can be julienned if you want the salad to be more crunchy.
