Ingredients


1 cup Water
1 medium-sized, tart Apple (cored, chopped, unpeeled)
40 gm Carrots (peeled and chopped)
40 gm Spinach (or kale, stems removed)
1 tbsp Ginger root (peeled and minced)

Instructions


  1. Add the water, chopped apple, carrots, ginger, and spinach to a blender.
  2. Blend on high for 30 seconds or until smooth and creamy
  3. Enjoy!

Variations:

  • Can use any combination of vegetables in your list, in any preferred amounts for each that equals 80g total.
