Apple, Carrot and Ginger Smoothie

1 cup Water
1 medium Apple (cored, chopped)
2 medium Carrots (peeled and chopped)
2 cup Spinach (or kale, stems removed)
1 tbsp Ginger root (peeled and minced)


  1. Add the water, chopped apple, carrots, ginger, and spinach to a blender.
  2. Blend on high for 30 seconds or until smooth and creamy
  3. Enjoy!
