2 medium Apple (sweet apple)
1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar (for dressing)
1 tbsp Apple juice (for dressing)
1/4 tsp Black pepper (for dressing)
4 medium stalk(s) Celery
1/4 tsp Kosher salt (for dressing)
2 tsp Slivered almonds

Instructions


Cut apples in thin slices shaped like half moons.

Cut celery in thin angled slices.

Toast almonds in a frying pan on medium heat until golden brown and fragrant. Watch closely as they will burn easily.

Toss apples, celery, apple cider vinegar and top with cheese and almonds.

Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 hours.
