45 gm Rolled oats- Gluten Free
1/2 tsp Turmeric, ground
3 tbsp Chia seeds (or ground flax)
130 gm Mango (Fresh or Frozen)

Instructions


Mix ingredients in wide mouth 2 cup mason jar and refrigerate. Easy to make multiple at a time in advance for easy meal planning. Will keep in refrigerator for 5-6 days.
