1 can(s) (13.5 oz) Coconut milk
1/2 cup Cauliflower crumbles/rice
1/2 cup Coconut, shredded, unsweetened
2 cup Apple (grated)
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions


1. Place the coconut milk, cauliflower crumbles, grated apples, vanilla and cinnamon in a pot.
2. Bring to a boil then simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
3. Serve warm, however this dish can also be served chilled and is just as delicious.
