1. In a medium bow, add the chopped apple, coconut yogurt, coconut chips and granola.
2. If you'd like, give the mixture a stir so all ingredients are combined. Enjoy!
No coconut yogurt?
You can use Greek yogurt or plain yogurt instead. Cashew or soy-based non-dairy yogurt will work as well.
For less sugar
Choose low-sugar granola with less than 5 grams of sugar per serving. Look for 'paleo-friendly' or 'low/ no sugar added'.
