1 small Apple (green; chopped)
1 cup Yoso Plain Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt
1 tbsp Coconut chips (for topping)
1 tbsp Granola (for topping)


  1. In a medium bowl, add the chopped apple, coconut yogurt, coconut chips, and granola.
  2. Stir all ingredients until combined. Enjoy!


No Coconut Yogurt

  • You can use Greek yogurt or plain yogurt instead. Cashew or soy-based non-dairy yogurt will work as well
