Ingredients


1 medium Apple
1 tbsp Coconut oil
1 tbsp minced Ginger root
2 cup Potato
2 cup Pumpkin, canned
5 cup Vegetable stock/broth
1 medium Yellow onion

Instructions


Combine all ingredients together in a big pot, reserving the coconut oil on the side.

Once everything is cooked through, add coconut oil and serve.
