2 large Green Apples (chopped)
3 cucumber(s) Cucumber (baby, chopped)
1 medium pepper(s) Yellow bell pepper (sliced)
1/3 cup Brazil nuts (chopped)
1/3 cup Pecans (chopped)
1/3 cup Walnuts (chopped)
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 whole lemon(s) Lemon juice
1 tbsp Chives (finely chopped)
1 tbsp Rosemary, fresh (chopped)
1/2 tsp Sea salt


1. Chop the apples, cucumbers, and bell pepper into small uniform-sized cubes.


2. Chop the brazil nuts, pecans and walnuts, make sure not to chop them too fine.

3. Add the olive oil, lemon juice, chives, rosemary and sea salt to the bowl with chopped vegetables.
