Ingredients


1/3 cup Brazil nuts
1 tbsp Chives (chopped)
3 cucumber(s) Cucumber
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
2 large Green Apples
1 whole lemon(s) Lemon juice
1/3 cup Pecans
1 tbsp Rosemary, fresh (chopped)
1/2 tsp Sea salt
1/3 cup Walnuts
1 medium pepper(s) Yellow bell pepper

Instructions


Dice all the fruits and veggies into small cubes. Carefully chop the nuts.

Mix everything; add the oil, lemon juice, herbs, and sea salt.

Serve as is or with a slice of smoked salmon.
