1/4 cup Coconut milk
1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 large Apple
3/4 cup Ice cubes

Instructions


  1. Roughly chop the apple.
  2. Combine coconut water, apple cider vinegar, vanilla, greek yogurt, cinnamon, apple, and ice into a blender
  3. Process until smooth.
  4. Divide between 2 glasses, serve and enjoy!
