|1 cup||Plain yogurt, 1- 2% M.F.|
|1 tsp||Cinnamon (Ground; or to taste)|
1. Roughly chop the apples and walnuts. Mix together in a bowl. Set aside.
2. Starting with either the yogurt or the apple/walnut mixture, layer the yogurt and apple/walnut mixture alternately in the parfait glass, ending with the apple/walnut mixture.
3. Sprinkle the top with the cinnamon.
The cinnamon can also be added to the apples and walnuts into the bowl after chopping them
