2 medium Green Apple (chopped)
1/4 cup whole Almonds, raw (chopped)
1/4 cup Prunes, dried (pitted and chopped)
2 tbsp Chia seeds, ground
1 cup Almond milk, vanilla, unsweetened, Silk
1 tsp Honey, raw
1/4 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions


1. Soak the chia seeds in the almond milk for approximately 10 minutes
2. In a separate bowl, mix chopped granny smith apples, chopped almonds, chopped dried and pitted prunes with the honey and cinnamon
3. Stir up chia mixture and divide into two portions
4. Top with apple mixture and serve.
