1 can (15oz) Artichoke hearts, canned (Buy in glass jars, packed in water)
1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp Italian herb seasoning, McCormick (any combination of oregano, basil, thyme, garlic, etc.)
1 dash Himalayan sea salt (to taste)

Instructions


Combine ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Serve 1/2 cup with raw vegetables or whole-grain crackers. Use as a topping for fish, chicken, or potatoes, or as a sandwich or pizza spread.
