4 cup Arugula (washed)
397 gm Feta cheese
2 tbsp Lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil, garlic-infused

Instructions


  1. Add arugula, feta cheese, lemon juice and oilve oil to a high speed blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until creamy.
  3. Serve with grilled sourdough bread or veggies, as a sauce with grilled chicken, shrimp or salmon.
