6 cup Arugula
1 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes (cut in halves)
1/2 cup, crumbled Feta cheese
1/4 medium Yellow onion (chopped)
4 tbsp Olive oil
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper


1. Mix arugula, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese and chopped onion in a bowl.

2. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

3. Serve and enjoy!
