2 tbsp Soy sauce, tamari
1 cup Extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp Sesame oil
1/4 cup Maple syrup, pure
4 tbsp Miso paste
1 piece, 1-inch Ginger root (minced)
1/3 cup Water

Instructions


  1. Combine tamari, olive oil, sesame oil, maple syrup, miso paste, minced ginger and water in a bowl or small mason jar. 
  2. Whisk or shake all ingredients until well combined.
  3. Keep unused portions in a glass jar in the fridge. Use on mixed green salads!
