1. Combine tamari, olive oil, sesame oil, maple syrup, miso paste, minced ginger and water in a bowl or small mason jar.
2. Whisk or shake all ingredients until well combined.
3. Keep unused portion in a glass jar in the fridge. Use on mixed green salads!
