Wash and dry all ingredients. Scoop out flesh from the center of the dragon fruit
Cut all ingredients to a size that will fit in the mouth of your juicer.
Juice the dragon fruit, cucumber, carrots, beet and ginger, in this order.
Pour over ice if desired
