To make the marinade, combine the coconut aminos, fresh orange juice, garlic and salt in a blender and blend for 15-30 seconds until well combined.
Pour into a bag or container with the chicken and marinade for 1-2 hours, turning if the chicken is not completely covered in marinade.
Preheat your grill or grill-pan, melting 1 tbsp of butter. Cook for 10 minutes each side, or until the chicken is cooked all the way through, reaching an internal temperature of 165F.
