2 cup | Spinach (chopped) |

2 cup | Choy Sum, Raw (chopped) |
1 large pepper(s) | Red bell pepper (thin slices) |
2 tbsp | Honey (for dressing) |

1. Chop the spinach, bok choy and choy sum into thin, 3cm long strips.
Cut across the stalks in order to break up the stringy texture.
2. Slice the bell pepper into thin strips and place all vegetables in a large bowl.
3. Drizzle the honey and sesame oil over the chopped vegetables and mix gently.
4. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top.
