2 cup Spinach
2 cup Bok choy
2 cup Choy Sum, Raw
1 medium pepper(s) Red bell pepper
2 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Sesame oil
2 tbsp Sesame seeds
2 tbsp Sesame seeds, black

Instructions


Chop the greens into 1 1/2 (3cm) inch strips. Cut across the stalks so you break up the stringy texture.

Slice the bell pepper into thin strips.

Mix vegetables in a bowl and drizzle the honey and sesame oil over the top and mix gently. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top.

Note: 1 serving is 1 cup
