Ingredients


1 1/2 cup Coconut milk
1/2 cup Frozen berries
1 scoop Brown rice protein concentrate (Iron Vegan Sprouted Protein is my recommendation)
1 cup Frozen mango
1 tbsp Coconut oil
1 cup Baby spinach

Instructions


Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until well combined. If the smoothie is too thick, add water and blend to desired consistency.
