| 1 cup | All-purpose white flour |
| 1/2 cup | Granulated sugar |
| 1 tsp | Baking powder |
| 1 tsp | Baking soda |
| 1/4 cup | Vegetable oil |
| 1 large | Egg |
| 1 tsp | Vanilla extract, imitation, no alcohol |
| 1/2 cup | Sour cream, light (can use low-fat plain yogurt) |
| 3/4 cup mashed | Banana (s) (2 medium bananas- mashed with a fork) |
| 1/4 cup | Semisweet chocolate chips |
Be sure to have clean hands before you start!
Preheat oven to 375F
Measure out all dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda) in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, mix together egg, oil, vanilla and sour cream. Add banana and stir.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Add chocolate chips and gently mix (don’t over mix because muffins will be too tough).
Put muffin papers in muffin tin.
Put ¼ cup of muffin batter into muffin papers.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
