2 large | Tomato (diced) |

2 tbsp | Cilantro (coriander) (chopped) |
2 whole lime(s) | Lime juice (fresh) |
1 tbsp | Extra virgin olive oil |
1 pinch | Salt (to taste) |
1. Wash and dice tomatoes, peel and slice avocados, peel and dice red onions and wash and chop cilantro
2. Add all ingredients to a bowl
3. Squeeze the lime juice over the top and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Gently stir
4. Taste and add salt as needed
